unicorn:setup_initializer not support in CentOS

Hi, just wanna ask, cap unicorn:setup_initializer use update-rc.d command, but this is not available in CentOS, is it possible to support it in near future?

What is your preferred way of doing this - upstart or /etc/init.d? You could try to provide some work on your own and setup a pull request.
