Option to Allow Invitees to set longer meeting duration

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. An invitee might feel the need that the specified duration is to short and wan'ts to increase it- A meeting owner should therefore be able to specify if he wants to allow invitees to increase/decrease the duration.

Maybe even add the feature that invitees may request a longer duration which needs approval
