Don't hardcode digest parameter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently for queries the digest parameter is hardcoded as its not saved in db.

Describe the solution you'd like "digest shouldn't be hard-coded. We should add two new types à la CalDav/Basic and CalDav/Digest to store what authentication scheme should be used."
