Volume always visible.

Problem statement: In my dashboard , I have the mini media player as a radio card for a couple of streaming radio stations. When I play a station the volume becomes visible. When I press the power button the volume slider disappears again. This causes the height of the card to change, which messes up the layout of the dashboard a bit.

I would like to have the option for the volume slider to always be visible, at least independent of a stream being played or not. (of course the hide option should still work the same:-)
