[Feature Request] Add `hover_line` option to `show_points` to reduce clutter

The additional info shown when hovering over a line is great - e.g.:

But in charts with more points, the hover effect when you are NOT over the line can be a bit cluttered/ugly - e.g.:

It would be nice if we could set show_points: hover_line which disabled the hover effect in the 2nd screenshot, but kept the hover effect from the first.

I guess there has been no progress regarding this? The clutter from dozens of points when scrolling on mobile is pretty much the only issue have with this card but unfortunately so annoying I often end up using another card.

Could it at least be implemented so than when setting show_points: false it would not remove the ability to click a part of a line and see the value from that location? I never need to see the cloud of points along the line but I do want to be able to click it and see the value at that point.
