gallery view zoom bug, the sequel

1. open image in gallery
2. zoom all the way in (with the magnify button)
3. zoom all the way out (also with button)
4. start to zoom in again (also with button) on step four the image jumps upward after a couple clicks. here is an image that triggers this bug (all images trigger this bug).
