Added tests and refactored disco

Hi

It annoyed me that we had to have ignored tests - so I have covered the code I can and introduced a wrapper for reqwest which I have mocked to test the other method. If you like this approach I will cover Bridge with tests in the same way to allow for easy refactoring.

No functional changes..
