You might want to use the fake library for Billing Address creation.

Thanks! Yes, definitely should. It was a very quick and rough initial pass that I made.

By the way, sorry for the late response. I haven't yet figured out how to get only comments/replies sent via email notification, and don't want to get a flood of notifications for everything I follow...

Faker is already bundled with n98-magerun. So it's easy to use.
