Minor UI Improvements

Just a few minor improvements to the UI...

The UI should auto scroll to the bottom as new items are added to the list.

Also, "Found Summoners War API Request: ##" could include the summoner's id. I have multiple accounts running on the proxy so it would be useful to see which account each item is associated with.

Good ideas. Although the "Found SW API" lines were mostly debug from when it was being written early on (then it became a sort of plugin template).

I figured it was just early debug output, but since it's there it might as well be taken advantage of. A timestamp would be good too.
