Unable to get sw proxy working

I have used sw proxy for many months now and I just got a Samsung galaxy 8+ and now cannot get the program to work. I have even tried using my tablet with no success. I turn off my firewall, set up the ip address, start the proxy and make sure that summoners was restarted as well. Anyone have any suggestions to help resolve this?
