Suggestion: Revised settings layout

Change the settings dialog to be a 'tabbed page' view (not current links to distinct dialogs), where there are tabs for things like Global Settings Global Settings - Advanced Active VTT Settings Active Character Settings

If the VTT or Character settings override a global settings, have some way to indicate this (grey out, ...) on the global pages, although it should still be editable.
