[AutoReply] handle chats response with a single wechat account

After integration with Chatopera BOT, the OSSChat BOT would handle the chats in wechat group and reply for the matched inquiries.

But with Wechaty HA functions, sometimes the inquiries are processed by multi wechat accounts, so now the replies are dupicated and repeatly in the group.
