markoff Cannot open .md files

Cannot open .md files

Whenever I try to open a new file, all the .md files are greyed out. Other, non-markup format files can be opened.

Confirm this issue. Markoff 1.0.1, Sierra 10.12.6

I am using Markoff 1.0.1 on High Sierra 10.13.2

Same here. I can't even "open -a /Applications/Markoff.app file.md". I get a pop-up that says:

The document “file.md” could not be opened. Markoff cannot open files of this type.
