Are you considering *.dmg with built app?

How come Markoff is no longer available in the US? When I click download links I get the following message:

@d-cas I agreed with the previous organization to take it off the App Store temporarily, since I could issue updates to it. The next release is going to have a new bundle ID.

it would be awesome to have this as a brew cask install. I want to use this right now, but short of cloning and building it doesn't look like I can use this
