Photo uploads broken on Twitter web app

Uploading photos on twitter.com with the default "Nope" setting are impossible. Once I whitelist the site, photo uploads work again.

Settings:

Advertising, tracking, social, all enabled.

Once we move to a custom database, we can exclude the twitter.com domain using unless.
