[MAC] Unable to open device

Hi !

Thx for your toolkit !

I have some problems when I want to flash my ergodone:

./bin/hid_bootloader_cli -mmcu=atmega32u4 ergodone_default.hex
Unable to open device

However, I set my ergodone to flash mode (from https://tkg.io/# the status is ok see screen). capture d ecran 2018-03-21 a 01 08 48

I'm running into the same issue as well on my Mac. Currently having to resort to flashing with the older windows binary on another device.
