Stuck when adding new domain

The extension is stuck when i want to add a new domain or when i want to click any button.FF 56

This is indeed a bug in FF56: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1385548

Unfortunately, they elected to ship with this in place.

Basically, any of the options page controls that would normally prompt for user input will be broken until I put a fix in place too work around that bug.

In the mean time, you can still block/unblock sites by visiting a site and using the context menu (right-click) controls.
