[WIP] add code of conduct also

Adding a Code of Conduct to the eraser_clone repository as requested. This will help establish community guidelines for the open-source project.

Plan:

• [x] Explore repository structure and understand project context
• [ ] Create CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file with Contributor Covenant standards
• [ ] Update README.md to reference the Code of Conduct
• [ ] Verify documentation formatting and completeness

The project is a Next.js-based Eraser.io clone that emphasizes collaborative open-source development, so a Code of Conduct is appropriate for establishing community standards.
