Take diff.colormoved and diff.colormovedws into account

Would it be possible to have a different color for moved line (colormoved config) like in the official git client ?

Moved lines are in a different color than regular additions and substractions

I'll look into it but if you have any tips on how to figure this out that would be awesome.

By the way, this is my absolute favorite VScode extension, amazing work !
