Transfering large file (~200GB) to Wasabi via Goofys always failed

Tried a few method: cp, mv, rsync, Ubuntu 20.04 GUI "copy to" "move to" to move ~200GB files from either local HDD or NAS within LAN mounted on NFS failed to complete any transfer, can you please help to improve large files usage? Thanks!
