Thanks @yogurtearl for the feature request - we discussed this (and other features based on new Android 15 APIs) and will likely implement this at some point.
We'll investigate this more closely wrt which APIs make sense to use and what additional data they can provide. We'll follow up here
FYI @tustanivsky - is there something we can do to support this on the Unreal side, or is this blocked by Native/Ingest?
We need to investigate if this is unique to the sample app or of it can occur generally. Fwiw, we didn't receive reports from users about this
It's unlikely that we can fix the root cause, but [8.30.0](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cocoa/releases/tag/8.30.0) we added an [API to pause/resume App Hang tracking](https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/apple/guides/ios/configuration/app-hangs/#pause-and-resume-app-hang-tracking), which can be used to mitigate this problem

We didn't find an actionable approach to fixing this, and the feature has been disabled on the affected platform. Closing this.
