Reset notification count if window is focused

I use Gnome Shell 3.4 and the notification count only disappears if I click the icon in the notification tray. This count should also reset if I focus the pidgin chat window with the new message.

I've subitted a pull request to resolve this, didn't see this issue until now. :D
