html encoded characters

Some characters are displayed html encoded. I've seen these: & " < > (at least in ICQ and XMPP conversations)

This happens in AIM as well. It's probably an extension-wide issue. It's a little jarring, and given the notification popup is fairly small, wastes a fair amount of space.

I've fixed this and have opened a pull request. (Happened with MSN for me)
