[Feature] Dynamically populated fields in form

Fields in a contact block could be dynamically filled by

• logged in user information
• query string
• post/page meta

i'm looking for something similar. I also would love it upon form submission you could create redirect to a query string from the data in the form. like tokens from the form fields.
