Feature Request: Second set of buttons for accordion block

It would be great to have a second pair of "Add Accordion Item" and "Remove an Accordion Item" buttons at the top of the accordion block. We often use accordions to list reverse chrono content (e.g. meeting materials, action timelines, etc.). When we need to add a new item, we have to drag or use the move up button on the toolbar - neither are particularly fast with a long list of accordion items.

Another option would be to include a "Move to Top" button on the block toolbar.
