Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When creating a new app in KadenaJS monorepo we have to copy paste a lot of files/rules. This should be done by command line tooling.

Describe the solution you'd like Add tooling where we can run a add-kadenajs-project command to copy all monorepo setup data to a project/lib
