Consider distributing package as docker image

Hey there,

I stumbled upon this project and wanted to try it out on my system. I looked for the installation instructions in the README and saw that it requires dotnet to run. Would it be possible to distribute this package additionally as a docker image to get rid of the requirement to install dotnet on my machine?
