TestIndexQuickInfo4b is ripping slow

The unit test TestIndexQuickInfo4b is slow. I traced it to the unbelievably slow parse of ANTLRv4Parser.g4. Seriously, it should only take a second max.

This does not make any sense because using Trash, it takes less than a second to parse the file (and all dependencies).
