With this change, httpscerts supports the generation and use of self-signed certificates without persisting them on disk.

@kabukky: I just found your package and thought that it would be nice to use that without having to write any files to disk and then saw this PR. I think it's really useful and would love to see the PR merged (maybe after some minor improvements like the GoDoc of GenerateArrays (space after //, name of method as first word of the comment)).
