Broken ID3 Tags

When i export audio from Audacity into any format, everything is fine on Windows and shows as it should. Then, when i transfer the file on my phone, all longer names are half caps, and the tag editor stops working on this file. From what i read online, this is an Android issue, but i found Rocket Music Player and it works fust fine, so that means it is fixable. I would really like the fix in Phonograph, because the other app is just a mess and i like to use phonograph, but i can't stand names like "WHEN YOU SAID FOrever"

Do you know about kid3? It's a really good program for tagging audio files. Maybe this can help you sort the issues out. In my experience ID3v2 tags work pretty well with phonograph (except for special stuff like multiple artists for one song).
