Trying to skip/seek tracks in car results in "Not possible" message; also unable to skip using JBL Bluetooth speaker

Also, in my car stereo, it doesn't allow browsing by Artist/Album/etc which is apparently due to not supporting GetFolderItems AVRCP request? https://android.stackexchange.com/q/218823/693
