Scan media potential fix

This is less of an issue and more of a PSA. After updating to Android 11, Phonograph was not scanning media even though the Music folder had files in it. After deleting the .nomedia folder on the phone, scanning worked again, as well as other strange issues like screenshotting not working on the phone.
