Cant edit song's info via tag editor which are present in sd card

When i make changes via tag editor it doesnt do anything and info remains same. This happens only in sdcard songs. Tag editor works fine in songs present in phone memory.

Phonograph doesn't support external SD card operations, it need to be build on a framework which will make the app bulky and needs rigorous testing before deploying.

It might be nice to add an "open file or directory in other app" option to the menus as a workaround. This would allow users to go to a file manager to delete a file, or a tag manager with SD writing enabled, and so on.

Is it possible to notify users when an SD write operation fails? Right now they fail silently.
