chore: update dependencies

Hello, as I told you, I've just updated all the dependencies.

In this update I've updated vitest, so I've patched the tests to get it working again. The two tests still work randomly. I haven't found a way to fix them yet.

I've also added vitest-ui to have an interface for viewing test results.
