The error should be fixed in the current development branches. Still, the file isn't very suitable for embroidery as Marif said. Since the error is fixed, I'll close the issue....

Uh, that's not nice... Could you report it on https://inkscape.org/report ? It is more likely an Inkscape than an Ink/Stitch issue.

Also try to update Inkscape to 1.3.2 maybe it fixes the issue for you.
