Alarms should refresh

When you enable or disable or delete an alarm and you get back into the screen with all the alarms, you see the original data. So the alarm you just enabled/disabled/deleted still shows like it was originally, instead of how it is now.

It would be nice if the data shown had reflected the current state of the alarms instead.
