Require openswoole instead of swoole

A fork of swoole named openswoole have been created due to security concerns: https://news-web.php.net/php.pecl.dev/17446

This PR only switch the composer deps from swoole to openswoole.

I'm interested in the direction of which version of Swoole this bundle is going to take. I personally went with openswoole as well and have a local version of this bundle that requires openswoole as well. I love that openswoole now has non-blocking postgress support.
