Add setting for task_enable_coroutine

I'm using the swoole transport with messenger and getting errors when it tries to use coroutines inside a task.

I would love a new setting in the bundle configuration for this to be enabled for the messenger transport https://www.swoole.co.uk/docs/modules/swoole-server/configuration#task_enable_coroutine
