Describe the bug

Setting the Filtering for any Console Channel will permanently make that channel filtered, with no way to reverse it.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a console channel in Discord
2. Use /server console filter to create a filter for a server
3. Use /server console filter again to try and remove the filtering from the server
4. Use /server settings info and select the same server, and see how "Filtered Console" is never changed back to False, likely indicating that console filtering is not turned off.

Expected behavior or Desired behavior

Setting /server console filter flag to False should remove filtering for the servers Console channel

I have not tried this on any other Servers...I am afraid to break them.
