K8SSAND-150 ⁃ Indicate startup failures in logs

In certain environments (kubernetes comes to mind), Management API attempts to start Cassandra and, for one reason or another, Cassandra does not start and there is no clear indication as to why. Sometimes this is do to limited resources available and there aren't enough for the process to start and it simply dies almost immediately. It would be much easier to identify theses issues if some logs were generated where possible.

NOTE: This may be related to issue #76 in some cases.
