Integration tests for generated OpenAPI client

Currently, the OpenAPI generated client generates essentially empty test files. We should add Integration tests to verify the client generated adheres to the desired API contract.

- [ ] Generated client code is compiled during project compile phase
- [ ] Integration tests are written to use the generated client and ensure it exercises the client API
