Enable building Cassandra images from trunk-based branches

Currently, the [cassandra-trunk]{https://github.com/k8ssandra/management-api-for-apache-cassandra/tree/master/cassandra-trunk} folder allows for building images of Management API based off Cassandra trunk. It would be beneficial to be able to build images for testing other feature/bug fix branches as well.
