Configure medusa environment variables

What is missing? It is not possible to configure any of the possible environment variables for medusa (https://github.com/thelastpickle/cassandra-medusa/blob/master/docs/Configuration.md)

Why do we need it? We are facing issues in an IPv6 only environment and we need to set resolve_ip_addresses to false.
