Yup, just make a dockerfile. However, that would require that the settings could be customized without editing the source. That's the hard part.

The mobile layout looks like this now:  This looks more like what I'd like it to be:  This was done just by not applying any `width` to `w3-quarter`....

Right now it looks kinda like this:  Decreasing the `width` of `w3-quarter` only delays the 4th card moving down. Increasing it above 22% makes it permanently move down.
