Change granularity of suspension timeout to minutes

This is a very simple request. Change: Suspend after these this many seconds: to: Suspend after these many minutes: or: Suspend after [ ] hours and [ ] minutes

For this kind of thing it's easier to think in term of hours and minutes than seconds.
