Feature request: Auto-suspend now if criteria match

Currently there is a button which we can override the wait time and suspend instantly if the criteria match.

The wait time is fine most of the time, but I open too many tabs too fast occasionally and it is not fast enough to suspend inactive tabs.

Instead of having to press manually when I notice there are too many tabs, I think we can make the process automatic.

The suspend action starts when we have 5 loaded tabs, but if it rises to 20 tabs or more, it shouldn't wait and suspend instantly, bringing it back to 5.

Add a new option:

Suspend now if number of loaded tabs reach: ______
