more enhanced queue

when we add at the moment files to the queue all files in the queue will get processed with the same options. it would be nice if you could add a queue like in handbrake where you could give every file own processing options and it would be awesome if they would be permanent even when you restart the application. along with this, it would be cool if we could pause it and keep it running later (possibly over a restart of the application) #65
