Arguably the first cyberpunk TV show, set “10 minutes into the future” in a “Blade Runner” visual palette, with Gibson-esque hacker and main character Bryce Lynch. Features classic cyberpunk tropes like ICE, subliminal messaging, and artificial intelligence.

This is a classic example of hacker television, if you don't have Max Headroom, this list is meaningless. It even inspired a real life broadcasting hack:
