@bruth given the recent news about Synadia relicensing NATS and withdrawing from CNCF, should we expect to see any more contributions from your organization? If NATS isn't going to ever pass conformance tests, I'm not sure we want to keep supporting it in Kine. We certainly can't use the go libs under the proposed new license.

@brandond Thanks for the callout. Synadia posted a response to the CNCF post here: https://www.synadia.com/blog/synadia-response-to-cncf.

In this context, the tl;dr is that there will continue to be an Apache 2.0 version of the NATS server (this was always the intention, but the CNCF post failed to indicate this).

We have a patch to address the conformance issues that @samuelattwood did a fantastic job addressing.
