Enable RTC use for Nextion Enhanced version displays

A nice feature to reduce hardware would be to use the onboard RTC when using the enhanced model Nextion displays. Saves wiring and and mounting a separate RTC module. The enhanced also comes with EEPROM that could be used for increasing sat orbit data storage.
